This year's concert will feature guest appearances from the Launceston Male Choir, the Meander Valley Choir and singers Miss B's Student Services.
Launceston City Band musical director Darren Papworth said the concert would be a double celebration with the band itself turning 143 years old and the RSL pipes and drums branch turning 20.
In other news:
"We've even got bagpipes, so it's something for everybody," Mr Papworth said.
"We always say every year that we have an anniversary concert, probably will get people used to when we celebrate our 150th which will be the big one."
