Ladder-leaders Wynyard survived a serious scare against an inaccurate Ulverstone, pulling away in the final term to win 14.9 (93) to 9.17 (71) at Wynyard.
The Cats kicked 6.4 to 2.3 in the last term to go from three points down to 22 points up at the final siren, with three goal hauls from Gregg Sharman, Zac Smith and Stuart Turner critical in the result.
Claye Sculthorpe kicked five for the Robins, with Cat Caleb Alford the best man on the ground.
Meanwhile, at Latrobe, reigning premiers Burnie crushed the Demons by 120 points, 24,18 (162) to 6.6 (42), with the home side not kicking a goal in the second half.
Brayden Hayes kicked five and Harry Walters and Damon Smith four for the Dockers as Bailey Boag enjoyed himself in the midfield.

The final game of the round saw Devonport get the job done in the "Mersey Derby" against city rivals East Devonport in an impressive fashion.
The Magpies won their fifth game of the season by downing the Swans by 54 points, 15.13 (103) to 6.13 (49), at Devonport Oval.
Cohen Stephenson was outstanding for the winners as Wyatt Kenny kicked four goals. Sam Borlini was East Devonport's best.
The win, which was set up with an eight goal to one first half, has seen Devonport move to third spot on the ladder.
