The one-time Launceston Tornadoes star has this year continue to dominate at both ends of the state.
The 20-year-old decided to part ways with the club in the offseason, returning home to Hobart to link up with former Tornadoes teammate Tayla Roberts at Hobart Huskies.
But Collins has continued to travel up midweek and stand out for Burnie Tigers.
The forward proved to be the dominant force throughout the NWBU season to win all four female awards.
Collins was named the Most Valuable Player.
She also took home trophies for the female player of year, the female big boards for the most rebounds and the female golden hands for the most assists.
Tornadoes guard Paige French was recognised for outstanding sportsmanship, nominated by the referees to claim the patrons award.
Devonport import Jordan Bowling was announced the Most Valuable Player ahead of Southern Huskies NZNBL guard Mason Bragg.
