Aged care software company Inerva plans to move into the former Seaport Medical Healthcare Centre site.
Town planner Rebecca Green & Associates has submitted a development application to City of Launceston council to change use of the office space on behalf of Inerva.
Office space at the Seaport site will be reconfigured to include a reception area, work spaces, meeting rooms and a conference room.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Existing kitchen and bathroom facilities will remain, but the external medical centre sign will be removed.
The new premises will allow Inerva to grow to up to 20 staff, if needed.
Public comment is open on the Inerva development application until June 26.
