Taking out the seniors, reserves and under-16 flags in their second-last year in the now-defunct league before joining the NTFA, the Demons finished the 2009 year with 13 wins, two losses and a draw in their seniors side, conceding only 953 points during the regular season.
Running away 21.17 (143) to 8.6 (54) victors over Winneleah in the grand final, the Demons converted their home-and-away form.
Boasting a dominant under-16 side that would put most teams in Australia to shame with the names on its list if it were to reunite on-field, several prolific footballing names have emerged from the Demons' list.
Richmond ruckman Toby Nankervis and Melbourne recruit Jay Lockhart both featured within the almighty under-16s side alongside North Launceston and Hillwood enforcer Mark Walsh, Northern Bomber Jack Avent, Evandale coach James Storay and current Lilydale seniors stars Joby Reynolds and Billy Tuckerman.
Lockhart doubled up for the reserves premiership as NTFA representative and 2017 NTFA premiership coach Thane Bardenhagen played in the Winneleah-conquering seniors side as a 17-year-old with current team-mates Patrick Sulzberger and Tom Grimes.
With the reunion kicking off at 1pm at the home of the Demons, the current seniors side are well placed to replicate their former triumphs as they sit undefeated through their nine games this season.
Set to collide with fourth-placed and in-form Evandale on Saturday, the former premiership players will be exposed to a cracking day of football to celebrate their past success.
