Winter Fire is a bonfire event that aims to bring the community together.
Past events have attracted 1000 people, with Arts Deloraine volunteer, Kate Tuleja saying bigger numbers are expected.
"I am expecting growth this year, because it's the first year we've really used Facebook and social media properly, and it has some really good traction and we've had a lot of interest," she said.
All funds raised will be put back into the community.
"We split the profits between all of the non for profit groups that are involved so all the money goes back into the community," Ms Tuleja said.
"So it's a great reason for our Deloraine community members to come together."
A mix of not-for-profit and for-profit food options will be onsite, as well as local entertainment and musicians.
"We have a viking group, they do something called Laughing which is live action role play," she said.
"They basically do a viking demonstration and are all kitted up and are fighting and fire torching the whole thing, which should be really interesting and exciting."
There will also be drumming workshops to teach people how to do hand drumming.
"We also have a human scarecrow competition so people are coming this year dressed up as a scarecrow," Ms Tuleja said.
Local musicians will also perform including Scott O'Leary, Deloraine Jazz Quartet, Belly Dance Performances and Meander Men's Choir.
A working bee was held to help build the bonfire with the community rallying together to make the event a success.
A photography competition will also be held.
The bonfire procession will start at 7.15pm and will be lead by a bagpiper.
Entry costs $10 per adult, with children under 16 free.
The gates open at 4pm on Saturday June 22. The event will finish at 9pm.
Animals are not welcome. For information, visit Winter Fire on Facebook.
