Gracing UTAS Stadium in round two, the Northern Bombers kept their Southern counterparts scoreless and piled on 111 points in the most successful debut in TSLW history.
The developing side sit in fourth place with two wins so far this season and coach Dean Smith isn't focused on comparing margins heading into the Lauderdale clash.
"The first game was our strongest team, being before state footy we had every player available for selection," he said.
"There will be no measuring, no 'we need to win by more'. Sunday is just about seeing the development and improvement that the girls have shown in the past six weeks."
North welcomes back centre half-forward Sarah Radford as well as Tasmania Devils duo Ella Maurer and Hayley Breward to add strength to their midfield.
North's cross-town rivals, the ladder-leading Launceston face a Southern bus trip for a top of the table clash against Glenorchy.
The Blues came home five-goal winners in their last match-up and coach Angela Dickson is wary of the Magpies' threat.
"We think it will be a lot tighter than the first game. Every team has had a good look at us and we've been able to evaluate our strengths and weaknesses," she said.
"We will need a strong, disciplined midfield. They out-muscled us through the middle last year and we've worked on that this season."
Under-18 state representative Mia King, Kelsie Hill, Meg Radford and Makenna Hillier bring a dynamic, exciting brand of football as they join the side with Hill playing her first senior game.
Tigers host Clarence in the Southern fixture at Twin Ovals with the Kangaroos the mid-range team in the competition in third place and the home side looking to improve on their 82-point round two defeat.
