Evolution Biking was targeted by a man driving a white Mitsubishi Triton about 5am on Wednesday.
It took the thief about four minutes to steal the bikes as well as a drone, stereo, and a Shimano battery and charger.
Only one charger for the bikes was stolen and the three bikes' keys were not taken during the break-in.
The bikes - a 2020 Trek Powerfly LT9.7 G2 (18), a 2019 Trek Powerfly LT9 (19.5) and a 2019 Trek Fuel EX 8 (18.5) - can be operated without the keys.
One of the stolen bikes was a hire bike so had Evolution Biking logos on it.
All three bikes have Bosch motors.
The thief's car was parked next to Evolution Biking from about 4.45m to 5.25am.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call police on 131 444, or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
