'The Bank', was built in Art Deco style at 24 Main Street, Ringarooma, in the 1930s.
It is now used as a three-bedroom AirBnB, and is advertised as having "polished timber floorboards, high ceilings, and ornate open fireplaces", as well as a retro bathroom with pink bath and vanity, a country-style kitchen, two heat pumps, off-street parking, and fruit trees.
It also has the original three metre x two metre walk-in bank vault with a two-tonne door, while the former shopfront has been converted into an "enormous" formal dining room.
The property is listed through Harrison Humphreys, with an estimated price of $500,000 calculated by Domain.
"Without a doubt this is one of the more iconic buildings in the North East and it could be yours," the listing says.
It is now owned by concert pianist Harley Tait and his partner, Matt.
In Derby, the former National Bank of Tasmania building at 51 Main Street is estimated to go for $549,000.
It is being sold through Roberts Real Estate, with the listing saying "this is probably the most photographed building in Derby, due to its gorgeous ornate facade."
"Such is its fame, it even has its own Facebook page," the listing says.
It has five bedrooms, as well as a retail space with the original bank counter, and timber vaulted ceilings. The original safe comes with the building, and it also includes sizable gardens with an orchard of fruit trees.
At Legerwood, the former Uniting Church is up for sale.
The traditional country church is being marketed as a residential property, with a kitchen and bathroom already added.
"The church hall stands in its glorious original condition ready for bedroom conversion with timber vaulted ceilings and gorgeous arched chapel windows," the listing says.
"With the world renowned Blue Derby mountain bike trails just a 15 minute drive away this is a perfect location to invest in the North-East Tasmanian tourism boom."
The amenities don't stick wholly to tradition - there is a dishwasher.
The former church, at 38 Main Street, is being sold through Roberts Real Estate, with an estimated cost of $169,000.
There are 23 properties in total listed for sale in the Branxholm, Legerwood, Ringarooma, and Derby region, including one home with 11 acres of rainforest, a property with a purpose-built dog boarding kennel, and an eight-bedroom converted boarding house.
