Under-18s coach Jacob Lowe is looking for enjoyment and growth from his players over the experience and captain Jack de Wit understands the privilege of captaining the side.
"It will be close between us which will be different to last year. I have mates from the Coast and it's a good chance to play with and against the best," he said.
Women's coach Cabel Hall coached the side to victory last year but is expecting a tougher challenge this time around for his girls.
Boasting names like Letitia Johnston, Georgia Nicholas, Kate Minchin and Jess Casey, his side is full of talent.
"Captaining this side will be a good experience. I think it's going to be tough from the Southerners but we have a quality side with a lot of talent and fingers crossed we can get a win," Johnston said.
