Two people accused of causing grievous bodily harm to an elderly man during an aggravated robbery in South Launceston have appeared in court.

Newnham woman Kylie Maree Herlihy, her uncle Wayne Keith Herlihy and Harley Luke Sturzaker have been charged with aggravated burglary, causing grievous bodily harm, possess a shortened firearm, possess a firearm when not the holder of a firearm licence of the appropriate category and aggravated armed robbery.
Ms Herlihy and Mr Sturzaker appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Monday.
The 37-year-old woman has pleaded not guilty to aggravated burglary, causing grievous bodily harm and aggravated armed robbery.
Her remaining charges were adjourned to a later date. She was remanded to reappear in the Launceston Supreme Court on July 22.
Mr Sturzaker, of Rocherlea, pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The 21-year-old was bailed to reappear on the same day as his co-accused.
Mr Herlihy, 51, will reappear in the Magistrates Court on June 20. He is yet to enter pleas.
