Wayne Herlihy, 51, his niece Kylie Herlihy, 37, and Harley Sturzaker, 21, did not enter pleas when they appeared before Magistrate Sharon Cure on Thursday.

Police allege the trio committed an aggravated armed robbery at Heather Street in South Launceston on the night of May 25.
Ms Herlihy, of Newnham, and Mr Sturzaker, of Rocherlea, were remanded to reappear on June 3.
Newnham man Mr Herlihy applied for bail but it was refused. He was remanded to reappear on June 20.
