This attitude to business has just won the agency first place in the Best Customer Experience category at Harcourts' national awards, and second place worldwide.

Executive property representative Heidi Howe said this was a big feat for a small agency competing against 900 Harcourts offices internationally.
"Our motto is 'you know us, you trust us'," Ms Howe said.
"We treat people like they're our friends, and they become our friends," she said.
The award was based on the results of independent customer service surveys conducted after sales and rental transactions.
Harcourts St Helens has seven staff - five in sales and two in property management - but still "rocked the world", Ms Howe said.
The agency is at 20 Cecilia Street, St Helens.
