She is the fifth division one winner the state has had in just five weeks, and is the eight division one winner this year.
The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, was one of five division one winners nationally.
Her ticket was bought at the Meadow Mews News and Lotto.
Shop owner Jeff Dolbey said selling the ticket was very exciting.
"Especially since we've sold two in the last three weeks," he said.
"Everyone gets really excited. It puts a good vibe around the place. And people come in and buy tickets too, because they want to win from the lucky agency."

- The winning lady said she had been playing the same numbers for decades. When learning of the win she yelled "wahoo".
"I checked my numbers online on Sunday morning and I thought 'is this for real?" she said.
"There was no one home at the time to double check so I went to get the paper and saw the numbers were the same in there. I recognised them straight away because I have been playing the same numbers for years and years."
When asked how she planned to spend her TattsLotto win, the woman revealed she wouldn't be retiring any time soon.
"You've called me while I am on the way to work, I'll still go in because I have no idea right now how I'm going to spend my win," she said.
The woman plans to keep her win pretty quiet, celebrating with a few happy tears with her immediate family.
