After a 61-43 victory on Saturday night, the Magpies hit the ground running on Sunday morning with a 14-8 first term before the Sting reduced the margin to two at the half.
The visitors then remained in the contest until the dying stages when a 7-0 run blew out the scoreline.
Northern Hawks star Zoe Claridge was brought on to rest goal shooter Jane Cook in the second term, and finished with a return of six goals before being subbed out.
Cavaliers captain Shelby Miller played the first term in centre before spending the rest of the game on the sidelines, while Winnaleah talent Kelsie Rainbow was one of three Magpies not to feature.
The Magpies will meet New South Wales Waratahs in another doubled-header at Sydney Olympic Park's Genea Netball Centre next weekend.
