Describing last week as a "turning point" to their season, ROCHERLEA coach Andrew Cox-Goodyer is pleased with his side's progress heading into a match against "unknown" Deloraine.

"[Last week] showed we have a full four-quarter effort in us and even though they started well, we were able to nullify that and get it on our terms," he said.
"We've heard Deloraine are young and quick so we're added that pressure to our training and are looking for our experienced guys to step up and get the job done."
Coming off the well-earned bye, Deloraine's young side will be refreshed and dangerous for the Rocherlea encounter as they look to improve on their one win, four loss start that has them sitting seventh on the ladder despite wide-spread improvement.
A close game between two similarly-placed sides is expected as SCOTTSDALE host South Launceston in a key game for both outfits.
Recovering from a 36-point loss against Bridgenorth last week, Magpies coach Geoff Mohr said the scoreboard didn't reflect the close game and over-attacking cost his side.
"It's always good to be at home. They've got good young players playing alongside their seniors who have played in multiple premierships so it's going to be a good game of footy," he said.
Also coming off a loss, South Launceston coach Aaron Viney echoed Mohr's thoughts on the potential quality of the upcoming clash.
"We expect a close game. We are in similar positions with our senior, experienced guys and younger players and guys like Geoff Mohr and Daniel Viney are playing good footy for them and hitting the scoreboard," Viney said.
Both sides expect changed with Jordan Love and Josh Whelan coming in for the Magpies and NTFA squad member Todd Munro coming in for the unavailable Daniel Johnston.
After being handed a self-described "football lesson" from Hillwood last week, BRACKNELL coach Andrew Philpott is expecting another tough clash against Longford.
"They are sitting second on the ladder for a reason so I can't see it being an easy day," he said.
"We've obviously been working on our defensive pressure because once Hillwood got out, it was gone. We will need to try and stop Longford's run and spread."
After a really good character-building win last week, Longford are preparing for a strong contest against their Shark rivals.
"Being 30 points down at quarter-time it was good to see the boys change the way they played and adapt to get the win," coach Beau Thorp said.
"There's a strong rivalry between us and they've had the upper hand against us the past few years and you can't underestimate them after being strong for a number of years."
Longford leadership group member Lachlan Dakin comes back into the side after a week off.
Going away from their game plan in last week's loss, GEORGE TOWN coach Allan O'Sign is looking for full commitment from his 22 players heading into a showdown with Bridgenorth.
"Individually our effort wasn't where it should be and we had too many passengers so we need everyone to play their role and contribute," he said.
"We match-up well with Bridgenorth. They have good forwards and we have good defenders with both strong midfields so we back them in and it will be a battle of who can play four-quarter footy."
Bridgenorth were inaccurate last week against Scottsdale but still came away victorious and aim to make up for it this week.
"We've had some great clashes with George Town. They've obviously added some top end talent to their list which will make it good to watch," Brady Demeijer said.
Club best and fairest Jack Hulse is a massive inclusion for the Saints as Jake Rice and Tom Cooper shape as key ins for the Parrots.
