The awards aim to recognise the importance volunteer work has on all aspects of life.
Mayor Albert van Zetten said the city was blessed with many people who volunteered their time day after day, and year after year.
"I would like to thank those people who took the time to nominate someone worthy of recognition," he said.
"This year's award recipients are typical of volunteers found throughout the community - people who give their time and skills selflessly to make the community richer for others.
"Volunteering can create pride and appreciation within a community and there is a strong relationship between volunteering and mental health and wellbeing."
