Bullock has 23-runners engaged on the 10-race card, including four runners in races 2 and 4 both over the 278m sprint journey.
Seven of the 10 races will be conducted over the short course.
Other top chances for the 10-time premiership-winning trainer include Bridwood Marshal (Race 3) and Kayda Affair (Race 5).
Former Hobart St Leger winner Gotta Be You has received the favours drawing the red box in Race 6, a Free-For-All over 278m.
The son of Fabregas has won 28 races and seven of those victories have been claimed while wearing the red vest.
The black chaser has won 7 of 18 races over 278m and his personal best time for the trip is 15.89.
Meanwhile, on the back of a successful State of Origin greyhound series, the concept will once again be held at Albion Park in Queensland.
Tasmanian-owned and bred dog Jamella Jet has been selected for the New South Wales side in a spectacular line-up.
The series will take place on June 6, the night after the State Of Origin rugby league clash, with the Queenslanders looking to defend the shield they won last year.
The format will remain unchanged in 2019 with the following events - $60,000 Origin Sprint over 520m ($40,000 to the winner), $60,000 Origin Distance over 710m ($40,000 to the winner), and $30,000 Origin Match Race over 520m ($25,000 to the winner).
The squads will be narrowed down before the box draw to be announced on Monday, June 3.
