Cara Jane Monica Pullen appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court on Thursday.

The Summerhill woman had previously pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, two counts of drive a motor vehicle while exceeding prescribed alcohol limit, two counts of drive whilst disqualified and person mentioned in section 6(3).

Police intercepted Ms Pullen on April 28 and May 1.

The court previously heard police issued Ms Pullen with an excessive drink-driving notice, her licence was taken off her and then she was taken to hospital for observation on April 28 after returning a blood alcohol reading of .350.

Two days later Ms Pullen was again spotted driving erratically near a bottleshop at Prospect at 9.15am and witnesses sent police photos of the accused's driving on May 1.

Police found her with two new bottles of vodka and she returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.324.

Defence lawyer Lucy Flanagan told the court her client entered guilty pleas while unrepresented and Ms Pullen now took issue with some of those pleas.

Magistrate Ken Stanton vacated Ms Pullen's previous guilty pleas to two counts of drive whilst disqualified and one count of person mentioned in section 6(3).

The court heard there may be issues with how the Excessive Drink Driving Notice was served and whether she understood what it meant.

She was remanded to reappear on June 11.
