The visitors smashed out an incredible 21.14 (140) to 0.0 (0) in a whitewash win.
It was the second week in a row that TSLW newcomers Lauderdale failed to register a score after North Launceston notched up a 111-point victory in the season opener.
The Blues had bettered its previous best mark against Burnie of 20.12 (132) to 0.0 (0) from round 12 last year.
Angela Dickson's side finished with the second-ever highest score, falling 14 points shy of Clarence's best.
That came after the Bombers restricted Launceston to 49 first-half points before an eight-goal third term.
"They held us well in that first half and it came from their physicality and we weren't switched on," Dickson said. "It took us a bit to warm up for the game, but we put the foot down in the second half and got the job done."
Kangaroos AFLW recruit Daria Bannister kicked eight goals and Brie Rattray grabbed five up forward.
