Able to push away from their the Giants after a tight three-quarter contest, the Magpies effectively utilised their rolling substitutions to use all 12 players to advantage that pleased assistant coach Claire Dennis.
A 21-14 last quarter proved the difference for the Tasmanians.
"To be four from four after two rounds, after losing three key players to injury, is a fantastic start," the former Cavaliers coach said.
"The team is tracking well and we are looking forward to a strong home crowd in Hobart next weekend."
The Magpies were once again effective in the attacking third, converting 91 per cent of their shots to goals.
Shooter Jane Cook produced another outstanding individual performance that Magpies fans have grown to love with a 59-goal effort.
Fellow shooters Samantha Gooden and Tasmanian Northern Hawks star Zoe Claridge scored 12 and four respectively as Canberra Giants offensive trio of Georgia Marshall (36 goals), Angelina Frketic (18) and Amber Brophy (three) found the net with 86 per cent of their attempts.
Dennis credited the work of Cook, Claridge and captain of State League side Karana, Zanna Jodlowska, as Claridge showed her smarts in goals throughout the grand final rematch.
The second win of the weekend backed up their eight-goal victory over the Giants on Saturday night to complete another successful double-header and maintain their undefeated record in their premiership defence.
Cook picked up 42 goals in game one and will hope to continue her form for the black and white as the Magpies return to Tasmania for the only time this season to face the Southern Force.
