This means which cryovaced Tasmanian lamb cuts will now be available all over the country, growing Tasmania's reputation for quality produce.
TQM's domestic sales manager Matt Lang said the company started capitalising on lamb and processed it within the state.
About 80 people attended the launch at Woolmers Estate on Friday.

Mr Lang said the brand development had been a 12-month process to launch and Tasmanian Quality Meats was excited it had now been rolled out.
About 800 lambs are taken to the wholesaler's depot in Queensland, with another 800 heading to NSW, every week.
Murray Valley Meat Wholesalers general manager Dean Loudoun said it was the only business in Australia that wholesaled Tasmanian lamb that was processed here.
"A lot of other businesses will buy lamb live and send them over the water and process them there, but they lose their integrity of being a Tasmanian lamb."
