After coming into the side for the curtain-raiser clash at UTAS Stadium where the Devils were soundly beaten by the Western Jets to the tune of 47 points, Isaac Chugg has featured heavily for the side and has impressed Northern talent manager Darren Trevena.
"We are rapt with Isaac's performance. He's progressed nicely and as a bottom age player, someone who can't get drafted until next year, he's adapted nicely to the level," he said.
"Isaac's upside is that he shows great speed and is really good at gathering the ball so we are pleased with his progress."
