That is to build another home court advantage.
Club captain Craig Moller is expecting the Launceston clash with New Zealand NBL title contender Southland Sharks to be rousing.
"Southland are a top-two team, no doubt, with the talent they've got," Moller said.
"That's a challenge in itself.
"Hopefully playing up in Launceston, we can get a good, passionate crowd behind us and have a good win."
The Huskies will venture to its second home for the first time in five games this season. Hobart has already hosted two of its four fixtures.
The Silverdome venue is generally regarded as one of the best courts in Australia, a tribute Diamonds netball coach Lisa Alexander made after the national side experienced the surface in 2016.
Moller said his teammates, who have never played at the Silverdome, have no real idea what to expect.
The new Hobart-based club arrives in Launceston hours before the 5pm tipoff.
"It takes away home court advantage just a little bit in that sense," he said.
"The crowds have been building in Hobart and they got pretty loud when the game on the weekend was close. Hopefully we'll get loud fans right up the coast."
After coming close to turning around a 27-point loss in Wellington to go down in the dying minutes after leading the return game, Moller said the team is hell bent on making amends eight days later for its biggest win yet.
Coach Anthony Stewart told The Examiner last week that the aim was to win one of the two games against the main championship threats.
"It will be a pretty physical, intense game straight out of the gate," Moller said.
"We're pretty disappointed about last week still. Wellington are certainly a great team and not many teams will go on to beat them this year.
"We gave away a great opportunity last week and we certainly should have put that game long away.
"So as long as we learn from that and come out this week and play a full four quarter rather than just two and a half, I certainly we have the talent to beat Southland.
"We just have to bring it altogether and leave it out on the court."
