The court heard the Summerhill woman didn't appear at the Launceston Magistrates Court on Monday because she was at the Launceston General Hospital, but she was represented by defence lawyer Hannah Goss.
Ms Goss said medical documents relevant to mitigation would be produced during sentencing submissions.
Magistrate Simon Brown told the court he'd once acted for Pullen, therefore he couldn't deal with the matter and transferred the sentencing to Magistrate Ken Stanton.
The matter was adjourned to May 10.
