Shelly May Freeman appeared in the Launceston Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
The 30-year-old pleaded guilty to aggravated armed robbery and aggravated burglary.
Freeman was armed with a pole and co-accused Rose-Lee Clarke had a bat when they broke in to a 76-year-old Fingal man's house on Talbot Street, stealing his phone and about $20 of beer.
The victim was hospitalised after sustaining a number of injuries
Freeman was bailed to appear in the Launceston Supreme Court on June 11.
A number of other charges Freeman is facing have been adjourned to a later date.
Clarke, of East Devonport, has also pleaded guilty to aggravated armed robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary and stealing for her role in the Fingal home invasion.
A third woman, Tara Jayne Lewis, 29, has also been charged but is yet to enter a plea.
