Bass Liberal candidate Bridget Archer and Liberal senator Wendy Askew confirmed the not-for-profit would receive $115,000 in funding.
This comes after fears the service's doors would shut by mid-2020 as a result of not having ongoing funding under the NDIS.
Ms Archer said she was pleased to announce the funding, which would enable the club to continue their important work.
The funding was signed off prior to the government entering caretaker mode.
"It's guaranteed funding," she said.
New Horizons chief executive Belinda Kitto said they were absolutely thrilled.

"It's really great that we can continue our programs, and we'll continue working towards applying for ILC grants to make sure we have a really strong future."
Ms Kitto said the funding would give them time to put their energy into applying for grants.
"That will be able to make us continue, keep our doors open, and have strong programs so that we can apply for that funding, and then see where we land in that," she said.
Labor MP Ross Hart said this was a short term fix, but New Horizons deserved a long-term solution.
"We've given reassurance to New Horizons that we will match that commitment if it's not, in fact, subject to a signed deed," he said.
"A Labor government, if elected, will work with New Horizons to give certainty for funding.
"It's a fabulous organisation. It has really good community support, and it deserves long-term certainty of funding."
