A day after three East Coast mayors made a united call for a commitment from Labor to honour promised grant funding, Ms Archer has called for a similar commitment for the Tamar Valley.
Ms Archer said Labor had yet to commit to honouring about $13 million worth of Community Infrastructure Grants announced by the Coalition if it wins government.
"These are funds that have been fought for, hard for communities here in the Tamar Valley. They are grant funded and they ought to be honoured," she said.
The West Tamar council were promised $3 million for its Beauty Point Master Plan and $2 million for the Gravelly Beach redevelopment.
Mayor Christina Holmdahl said the projects were key to enhancing tourism.
"The whole idea for these two projects is to reconnect people with the river again. Without the funding we would not be able to undertake those projects," she said.
Member for Bass Ross Hart said Labor's West Tamar commitments to date exceed those made by the Liberals.
"The Liberals must now explain why they refuse to back $7.5 million worth of Labor commitments in the Tamar Valley ... Labor will have many more funding announcements to make for the Tamar Valley across the remainder of the election campaign, including for important community, river and tourism infrastructure," he said.
