The alleged victim's body was found on the side of Colebrook Road, about two kilometres north of Richmond, in the early hours of April 14.

The man was remanded to reappear in the Hobart Magistrates Court on Monday, April 22.

The accused killer is the third person to be charged over Mr Turner's death.

Police arrested both the man and a 22-year-old Gagebrook woman at a residence at Fingal Friday night.

The woman was charged on Sunday with failing to report a killing and being an accessory after the fact to murder.

Tasmania Police Detective Inspector Doug Rossiter said information from the public had been invaluable in the investigation, but encourages those with information who haven't come forward yet to do so.

"We would like to thank those people who have assisted police thus far," he said.

"We are confident that there are other people that haven't yet come forward and there are people that still have information."

Detective Inspector Rossiter said all investigations in the Fingal Valley were finalised on Friday night.

A 14-year-old girl was also charged earlier this week with being an accessory after the fact to murder.

The teenager appeared in a closed court session on Thursday afternoon.
