Ranked 44th in Australia, Bourchier outclassed his younger opponent and number five seed Sam Edgar 6-1 6-0 in a lopsided quarter-final affair.
After a strong hold of serve from both Southern competitors, Bourchier broke serve early to lead 3-1 and didn't look back, consistently forcing errors from Edgar's racquet and pushing him deep into the court.
His doubles partner, Launceston's McCormack overcame a first set scare to join Bourchier in the semi-final clash with a composed 7-6 6-3 win over Victorian Marko Pavcic, avenging coach Jason Fletcher's loss on Saturday.
Sam Whitehead powered through his match against with ease, defeating his Queensland opponent, Timothy Yeung Packer 6-0 6-0 and will face the only mainland player left in the men's draw, Matthew Scheers who beat Casey Ambler 6-2 6-1 for a spot in the semi.
Women's number four seed, Hobart's Charlotte Ingram provided a major upset with her second consecutive win over Catherine Krueger 7-5 6-0 to seal her place in the Tasmanian Easter Championships final.
Ingram, who will have a busy day on her plate tomorrow, is also the number one seed and favourite to take out the Pardey Shield final for Tasmanian school students.
She will face number one seed Alyssa Hibberd in the Australian Money Tournament final, as Hibberd accounted for New South Wales junior Maia Stallworthy 6-2 6-1 in just over an hour.
The two met in the final of the Clarence Open in March, with Hibberd taking home the win 6-0 6-3.
