Both the 19-and-under and 17-and-under sides were playing off for seventh and eight positions on Tuesday.
But the state was left finishing the tournament losing all of its 18 matches.
The 19-and-unders went down to ACT 53-28 despite only winning their last clash by one goal.
The Canberrans got out to a 14-4 quarter-time lead and were never headed.
Tasmania's silly mistakes prevented opportunities to build goals all amid a tight defensive game from ACT.
The 17-and-unders would surrender a three-quarter time lead towards a 31-27 loss to Northern Territory.
Tassie was dominant for much of the first half, shooting six of the first eight goals and stretching their lead out to eight goals at half-time.
But the plucky Territorians continued to chip away and only hit the front for the first time in the last term.
