The four-day squad will play three tour matches in England during the World Cup, offering back-up to the main squad as well as providing English experience for the trio.
Wade is one of six players to have been selected in both the four-day squad and the one-day squad, whose five matches precede those of the longer format during June and July.
In a busy day for Australian cricket, the World Cup and subsequent tour match squads and 2019/20 contract lists were all announced on Monday.
While no Tasmanians were named in the 15-man World Cup group, incumbent Test captain Paine retained his place on the Australian contract list for the upcoming season as Australia aims for a historic World Cup and Ashes double.
