A proposal to demolish a former general store at St George's Square has been met with a number of representations.
Parking and traffic concerns were raised in the representations.
The site would be demolished and then rebuilt into a double-storey space. A cafe would be on the ground floor and an apartment on the first level.
The City of Launceston council is recommended to approve the application.
The meeting will be held at 1pm on Thursday at the Town Hall.
