Councillors will vote on the 31-unit visitor accommodation development adjacent to Bridestowe Lavender Estate at the council's April meeting.
The development would include internal access roads, upgraded crossovers, a sewer and water treatment pump station, vegetation removal, native bush rehabilitation and landscaping, and signage.
There would be 21 one-bedroom units, nine two-bedroom units, and VIP suites. There would also be a managers residence.

The existing farmhouse would be converted into a reception centre and restaurant.
The tourism development is a joint venture between Bridestowe Estate owner Robert Ravens and Sydney-based Australia Travel and Culture Group. It was designed by Birrelli Architects.
Three representations were made during the advertisement period. Two were positive, however one objected to the proposal.
The Dorset Council meeting will take place at 6pm on Monday at Legerwood Hall.
