The saying "everything old is new again" could apply to the items Tullochs Auctions sells, but now it applies to the business premises as well.
Tullochs will return to its former building at 3-5 George Street, moving from its Invermay location over the Easter break.
Director Jessie Reid said the lease was up at the Herbert Street location so it made sense to return to the building people associated with Tullochs Auctions.
"Everyone always remembers the facility near the brewery very fondly," Mrs Reid said.
"It's in the CBD, in a Victorian building. Tulloch's is always recognised for being there.
"We've had a really positive response, with people saying they will start coming again," she said.
Tullochs Auctions will close on Saturday, April 13, and reopen in its new location on April 29, with a launch party planned once the move has been finalised.
