All but mirroring the 2018 achievements of ex-South Launceston skipper Alec Smith, Garwood collected both the A-grade and one-day player of the year awards on the back of a solid year with bat and ball.
The powerful left-hander finished as the third highest run-scorer with 538 runs at 41.38 - highlighted by 142 not out against Wynyard - and also finished top five with the ball after snaring 24 wickets at 14.17.
Knight Nathan Philip took out the batting award with 712 runs at 79.11 after spending much of the year boasting an average that would make Don Bradman blush, with Shamrock Jonathan Chapman's final bowling average of 7.17 equally impressive.
Young Launceston all-rounder Stacey Norton-Smith was rewarded for a stellar season in the women's competition, taking out player of the year and bowling average awards.
South Launceston keeper Caitlyn Webster also doubled up as one-day player of the year and batting average winner.
