Riverside woman Gemma Elizabeth Clark pleaded guilty on Friday to being an accessory after the fact to murder and failing to report the killing of Mr Anderson-Brettner.
It was alleged the 24-year-old was killed at a Riverside house on August 15 last year.
Police found a body part belonging to Mr Anderson-Brettner near Myrtle Park, close to the Tasman Highway, four days after the murder.
Clark concealed the alleged murder to enable another person to escape punishment.

Jack Harrison Vincent Sadler has pleaded not guilty to murdering Mr Anderson-Brettner.
A suppression order prohibits publication of some details of Clark's proceedings until Mr Sadler's trial is complete.
Director of Public Prosecutions Daryl Coates SC told the court it was expected Clark would be a witness in Mr Sadler's trial, which would be held later this year or in 2020.
Defence lawyer Evan Hughes told the court Clark, who was aged 24 at the time, had genuine remorse for her actions, came from a good family and had been employed since she was 17.
Her goal of becoming a primary school teacher ended with her guilty plea, Mr Hughes said.
Clark will be sentenced by Justice Robert Pearce in the Launceston Supreme Court on April 11.
