Tuohy was happy to chop and change her line-up in both wins, and will do the same against last-placed Devon.
"We're going to look to consolidate some of our combinations in this game," Tuohy said.
"We're also in the position where it won't be long before Zoe Claridge heads off for her ANL commitments so we've really got these times to ensure we find out what works when we're missing players."
Jamie Symons will get more game time in defence after impressing with her speed around the circle on Sunday and will help cover in Poke's absence.
"We expect to be challenged by Devon, but we're going in fairly confident given the weekend we've just had," Tuohy said.
"We're really trying to defend a lot harder and tighter and one on one, and we want to ensure that intensity happens for 15 minutes at a time.
"We won't be taking the pedal off because we've got some big games ahead."
The 6.40pm clash is the Hawks' last match until April 27 as the competition breaks for Easter and nationals.
Cavaliers will return to action on the same date.
