Primary Industries Minister Guy Barnett said he was disappointed by the decision and has spoken to the ANZ state manager to reconsider the decision.
"This decision will affect not just Deloraine, but also people and small businesses throughout the Meander Valley who rely on this important service," Mr Barnett said.
"Many people will be affected by the closure of the face-to-face service at such short notice.
"Older Tasmanians, people living with disability and small business retailers will likely be particularly affected."
