They may be premiership teammates, own a racehorse together and be travelling to the game together but once the siren sounds Saturday, it'll be game on for Zach Burt and Jake Pearce.

The two former North Launceston players made the move to NTFA Premier Division this year with Burt going to George Town and Pearce back to Hillwood.
Burt's George Town come into the clash off the back of a 13-point win against Rocherlea, the Saints' first win against Rocherlea in over 3000 days and the first time the club has won a round one match since 2012.
Kicking six, Burt said it gave him goosebumps after growing up in the town and seeing the impact the win had on the community.
"They were saying that the last few years have been pretty quiet, not getting numbers to the games, but the town's up and about at the moment," Burt said.
"It's a good feeling around the place. You've got people talking down the main street with local supporters coming back up."
The community aspect is something that drove Pearce to Hillwood as well with the TSL premiership player playing several years there before State League.
"Coming from North Launnie, it's a very cultured and respected club," Pearce said.
"So if we can incorporate as much as we can into that Hillwood-type of footy, I think we should be right."
With many former North Launceston players across the two sides, the game promises to be a showcase with Pearce adding that there will be bumps early between the good mates.
