It means the regular movement of fruit fly host produce for Flinders Island can now resume, however residents are cautioned to remain vigilant.
It follows the January 9 lifting of restrictions for Northern Tasmania and means the whole of the state now has a pest free status.
The state government recently commenced an independent review into Tasmania's QFF response.
Biosecurity Tasmania staff will continue to monitor a number of permanent fruit fly traps across the island into the future.
