The trial for the alleged murder of Kingston woman Michelle Meades will begin in the Supreme Court on July 29 before Justice Helen Wood.
Ms Meades' remains were found in a burnt out home in Clarendon Vale on September 22, 2016.
She was last seen on September 16 in New Town.
Kylie Jane Hack and Gary Matthews are charged in relation to the alleged murder of Ms Meades.
Ms Hack is charged with murder, failing to report a killing and arson.
Mr Matthews is charged with assault, accessory after the fact of murder and failing to report a killing.
Ms Hack has been remanded in custody at the Mary Hutchinson Women's Prison since 2016.
"I've had enough of waiting," she said.
Mr Matthews is on bail whilst awaiting the trial.
The trial is expected to last a month and call 80 witnesses.
