Both sides had convincing wins last week and with nine new players in the side Campania coach Nathan Senior was pleased with the way his team has been able to integrate.
The midfield of Saturday's game will be a highlight of the match with Aaron Fitzpatrick, Matt Triffett and Sam Medhurst expected to get the ball moving for the Wallabies.
They will look to deliver to the many forward options as demonstrated by last week's even spread of scorers.
Nathan Brown has slotted into the side well and his inclusion will benefit the team as the year progresses.
Oatlands' Nathan Ross and Luke Praciak will again provide poise around the contests and backman Oliver Riseley will need to repeat his outstanding performance to shut down his opponent.
The two sides appear to be evenly matched on paper and Tigers' coach Josh Kelly is keen to have his side back up from last week's good start to the season.
Mt Pleasant find themselves back at their home ground against Triabunna.
The Mounties dominated play last week and are keen for another win before next week's bye.
Key position players Mitch Byers and Dougal Morrison come into the side while youngster Max Lodge and Logan Bailey will look to gather plenty of possessions again.
Triabunna will be coached by Ryan Sweet and the side has a number of inclusions including ruckman Andrew Rae and brothers Simon, Tim and James Dudgeon from OHA who will provide options across the ground.
Brendan Klok returns from Hillwood and is looking to make his presence felt across half forward while Jordan Walker crosses from Campania after kicking 37 goals last year.
The Mounties dominated play last week and are keen for another win before next week's bye.
Captain and Association Best and Fairest winner Jarrod Kaye will again be looked upon to provide drive and vice captain Alex Sweet returns in a leadership role in what is shaping up as a side capable of troubling the top teams.
In the final game Campbell Town hosts their first match of the year against Bothwell.
Both teams have a refreshed onfield brigade from last year and struggled to match their opponents last week.
However as the season progresses these sides will be hopeful of finding success.
Bothwell will have Tom Steele come into the side while recruit Damian Rose and Jack Jenkins will need to stand out again in order to register their first win of the season.
