The comments come after Labor's Michelle O'Byrne on Sunday suggested the courses faced problems regaining the status from the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council before a May deadline.
Mr Rockliff said TasTAFE chief executive Jenny Dodd fully expects enrolled nursing courses to continue.
"The [ANMAC] reaccreditation process occurs every five years," Mr Rockliff said. "TasTAFE will receive the findings from the reaccreditation process and if issues arise they will address them."

"Labor decimated TasTAFE in government and now Michelle O'Byrne is trying to finish off the job by attacking its reputation.
"We have rebuilt TasTAFE and contrary to this scaremongering TasTAFE has not lost enrolled nursing accreditation."
Labor leader Rebecca White also spoke on the concerns Monday, and said students partway through the course who had come forward were worried about whether continuing would "even be useful for them".
In a statement Sunday, TasTAFE chief executive Jenny Dodd hosed down suggestions the provider had lost its enrolled nursing accreditation as "wrong".
A separate renewal audit of the course was also undertaken by the Australian Skills Quality Authority this month, with indications the programs were "predominantly" doing well. Improvements identified during that process were already being worked through.
"The ANMAC re-registration process and ASQA re-registration audit form part of our continuous improvement process which will strengthen TasTAFE and consequently, the standard of education and training that students receive," Ms Dodd said.
