Attendees were treated to some quality Irish dancing, 'learn to play' croquet and playful kittens from Just Cats.
Fair organiser Julie Dineen said it was a successful day considering the fair was Franklin House's biggest fundraiser of the year.
"[It] Looks like we've got a really good crowd, everyone looks like they're having a really good time," Ms Dineen said.
"And the weather is fine, that helped with the turnout."
Ms Dineen said the fair has been held for more than 15 years and serves as a great chance for the people of Launceston to look at the historic estate.

"Luckily it [Franklin House] was preserved by the National Trust, people appreciate that, and that it is a house that is open to the public," she said.
Funds raised from the fair will go to the general upkeep and maintenance of the house.
"Because it is such an old house there are lots of things that need repairing like our stable block we're still waiting for that to be repaired," she said.
"That's all the sorts of things we need to raise funds or receive grants for."
