The woman, whose identity can't be published because she was a minor at the time of the incident, appeared before Justice Robert Pearce for facts and sentencing on Friday.
The incident occurred on September 23, 2013, at St Helens' BP Service Station.
Defence lawyer Mark Doyle told the court the defendant was tasked with holding open the front doors of the service station to allow the two other men to come inside.
One of the men had entered with a firearm, which was used to intimidate the service station attendant.
A victim impact statement was tabled as part of the facts of the case to Justice Pearce, but was not read out in the court room.
However, Mr Doyle told the court the victim suffered post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the robbery.
The court heard the defendant had acquiesced to participating in the aggravated armed robbery because of her relationship with one of the men.
Mr Doyle said the woman had expressed "genuine fear" for her life, and the man had regularly threatened her with a firearm.
At the time of the incident, the woman was also addicted to drugs, cannabis and "other hard drugs".
Mr Doyle told the court the woman had started using drugs after she was raped by a number of men when she was 13 years old.
Since the incident, the woman has moved away to the mainland, has a new job, and has quit taking drugs.
Justice Pearce adjourned the sentencing until next week to allow him to "seek alternative sentencing options".
"This is one of those difficult ones, where you have to balance the seriousness of aggravated armed robbery with the mitigating circumstances you've presented to me here," Justice Pearce said.
He said he would be seeking alternative options, which may include community service, or home detention, however the sentence would not include a jail term.
The woman will reappear on Tuesday at 4.15pm for her sentence to be delivered.
