A 45-year-old Launceston woman was given a 12-month disqualification from driving after driving six times over the legal limit and allegedly damaging five cars.

The woman attempted to drive into the Riverside Hotel carpark about 2pm on Thursday, March 21.
Officers from the Northern Road Safety Taskforce located the woman, who then returned a breath analysis result of 0.307.
Tasmania Police said it was fortunate that the parked cars were not occupied at the time and that no one was injured.
The woman was charged with exceeding 0.05 and driving without due care and attention, and will appear in court at a later date.
Police wanted to thank the public for assisting with the matter and preventing the woman from continuing to drive.
