Mr Woolley has supported Tasmanian Leaders since it began in 2007 as one of its first leadership champions.
Tasmanian Leaders' program is an opportunity to help realise the state's potential, Mr Woolley said.
"By further developing high potential leaders we can secure our future not only as a great place to work and do business but also as a great place to live," he said.

Mr Woolley replaced Ginna Webster, who stepped down from the position after 10 years to focus on her role as Department of Communities Tasmania secretary, Tasmanian Leaders general manager Angela Driver said.
"The fact that visionary leaders of such a high calibre are willing to lead our organisation is a testament to the quality of the programs we offer and the success of Tasmanian Leaders," Ms Driver said.
He previously served as chairman for TasFoods Ltd and Bellamy's Organic.
