The fair has been running for more than 15 years and Franklin House chairperson Julie Dineen said the fair was very important for the estate.
"It's our biggest fundraiser of the year," Ms Dineen said.
"We need the funds to pay for the upkeep of the house, general maintenance and running of the house."
"We always hope for a big crowd."
