The reigning inter-club champions drew back from outside of the top five in the opening foursomes round.
Tasmania Golf Club was in front by four shots, but Launceston powered past both them and three other clubs to lead Royal Hobart by two at the next round.
Launceston swept aside its nearest rivals to increase the lead by a further four strokes to win overall by six with a 15-under 506.
Hosts Prospect Vale also pushed up the leaderboard late in the tournament to finish in fourth place, a further 15 shots behind the winners.
In what would prove a double celebration, Launceston also claimed the Eric Bourke Memorial Trophy.
The club finished with 504.5 points, up by a narrow 7.5 points from Wynyard.
Prospect Vale scored 516.5 points to take out third just 0.5 points ahead of Royal Hobart and Devonport.
